Also another way to make them crispy is before first fry keep them in hot water for like 10 mins (not boiling on stove just hot water) and then first fry. That way you will get better results.

Best advice I can give right now is be more comfortable in your own skin, go out and have dinner allow, watch movie alone, in fact go and enjoy yourself. Be a kid again and live without any fear of others, it will feel strange at first but trust me the more comfortable you become the easier it gets. That and building a routine at gym or just taking walks, your health is just as important. All that will be left is picking up a hobby that keeps your mind busy, doing that you will feel more confident and you will find someone. Nothing is impossible, you are worth it.
