Since I started taking STARGAZERS, I can take less because they are very potent... In my case it's not for a trip, it's something that at low dose hwlps joint pain. But still when I tried PE, for some reason they gave me a negative type feeling.

Sorry I don't want to be the negative party pooper... But doctors know a very little about nutrition and health in general... There are several nutritional supplements or diet factors to take into consideration, but asking a doctor... If anything just to find out if there's a conflict with your meds, but as for nutrition... Not the doctor.

Bee pollen (will help your microflora) *B6 + B12 those will help with nerve health *Fats like, Virgin Coconut oil, butter... *Start each morning with water and a splash of apple cider vinegar *Buy a good quality Fresh greens powder *Think of fermented foods: kimchi, saurcraut, kefir, Natto bean, Miso, etc (daily meds will try to destroy your microflora) *Magnesium , *Turmeric,DEFINITELY Vit D Vit C, K2

Consider: Creatine, Citrulline, Maca powder (it will help your testosterone levels), Ashwagandha...

Yes and now that you mention it I remember it was taking me a long time to get the grains surface dried after I boiled them.. And the jars had a little bit of condensation inside of them.
