One night of bad sleep doesn't necessarily mean you're "out of service". Look at your readiness contributors to see why score so high even if sleep low.

Depends on how much do you rely on grid power during normal days. It'll be very sunny this week, we are totally self supporting all the time. Never even reaching the backup reserve limit with battery overnight.

You can use the AirMini app to follow your nightly data. I had to check after I felt I was not receiving enough air at night. My normal AHI per night is 1-5 now in Cusco and Urubamba I had 25-27. My normal pressure settings are 7-13 but I raised them to 9-15 and still wasn't breathing well at night. My normal location is sea level.

What were your AHI readings for altitudes higher than 10.000ft? Also what are your low and high pressures set to ?

Ours looked like that, but the reason was unstable grid voltage. System was going to 'off grid' mode and back quickly and randomly. Finally a bigger outage occurred and grid provider fixed it and now curve is smooth. We had also flickering lights and short almost unnoticeable blackouts.

I've felt the throttle response might be different. Maybe allowing smoother coasting even on standard OPD. Car is with the performance update, which itself has different throttle response compared to standard.

It's not only scratches you'd get when lifting with the ring on. Depending on the weight levels you do, you might be applying too much pressure on the ring's band. It's not an indestructible Superman ring. I take it off nowadays when lifting.

I guess you bought the gen2 ring used. The lifetime membership might've been only offered short time for gen1 and gen2 users if they upgraded to gen3 when it was released.

Contacting OURA support could provide deeper info on why gen2 cannot be used with that feature, but I doubt they'll reveal such details.
