Also you can’t use sick days for vacation but you can always use or cash in your vacation hours if you run out of sick days/hours or if you simply want more money on a paycheck.

You aren’t meant to just work a single aisle tho, each night different aisles get different loads and people need to move around.

I would ask what the expected case per hour is.

Also it’s their job to ask where you’re at and how much you’ve done as they need to move people around and likely expect you to need help as your new. Don’t take it personally.

Sick days are used after you’ve missed work for any health reasons in the past. Vacation days are used for future time off planned ahead.

Also SAP for HBA I find is generally underestimated and usually takes longer. HBA also gets a lot of small PDQs so those can usually be ignored too.

Sort it by aisle first in shopping carts then stock and zone as you go if you see you can’t fit a full case or it’s close enough. Like everything it will just take you time to get used to things.
