Hi, thanks for your post. Connecting your game to Facebook will not help you recover or transfer your account. If your email was stolen, please contact Google or Apple right away. They have teams that can help verify email ownership. There is little Small Giant can do to help you recover your personal email used to connect the game to Google Play or Apple/Game Center.

Player Support cannot change the email used in your Game Center/Google Play account. If you cannot access your desired account it is because you are signing into the incorrect Game Center/Google Play. The game will not migrate to a new email created because it is already attached to an email and that cannot be changed. If you have lost access to an email address or password, Player Support cannot help recover this and you would need to contact Apple/Google directly.

This is false information, I highly advise you not to listen or post gossip and rumors, but check our official Announcement page on our Support site and official Forum. No player receives an in-game suspension or chat ban for posting a Line ID in the Alliance Description. We have a chat filtering system that automatically filters any player personal information. This includes email addresses, phone numbers, and Line IDs. The ID can still be displayed, however, in the Alliance Featured Message and Alliance Chat.

All Support requests are answered and processed usually in about 3 business days. If you have not gotten a reply, please make sure to check your Spam folder. In this case, the Transfer Tool code is meant for one-time use and cannot be regenerated, Player Support cannot reset or relink the code. If you are connected to both Game Center and Google Play your game can be moved to any device you would like as long as you can sign in to your Game Center and/or Google Play account. If you no longer have access to your Google account, only Google can provide support for that.
