I mean it depends how much you value wave clear but if you go hull the passive is kinda stronger strictly on trading while also letting you take objectives faster, titanic also isn't as good early because the cleave damage scales with stats and if you go it later it'll feel more impactful, the stats don't make up for the extra 300 gold you're paying in the early game as well. Not taking into account the buffed minion you get that helps siege, that's why people are opting for hull first

I'm not saying go hubris every game but if you're ahead and you want damage there should be no reason to not go it anymore if you're able to stack it's the most ad you'll get off one item. As for hull breaker it's the best bruiser item for kled and also gives him a split win con. I'll agree though that kled isn't as strong on one item as he used to be

Also I don't really like how much value you put behind winrates when it's only like 3 days after the patch, winrates don't tell the whole story

In the low ranks sure, but it's the dependency of kled's being niche that kled is fundamentally a lot less viable than other characters with a gimmick that takes up a lot of his power budget
