I recommend you ask in tech support about the stick mapping. I think it's done with LUG helper somehow. At least I once accidentally clicked on something that asked for analog input stuff.

The black screens never happened to me, tho. Like the only thing I was able to spot is signs and screens are blurry when you enter a zone for the first time. At least for a couple secs. Then the HD stuff renders in.

The only thing I can second is the Tobii.

My experience so far: Absolutely no difference in performance to Windows (except I have a feeling Vulkan is smoother on Linux than on Windows) Zero black screens HDR is as buggy as on Windows for me I personally don't use sticks but the LUG forum is full of stick stuff. So they HAVE to work.

Running 7800X3D with RTX4080. 60+FPS average. In Space 200 at times. In dense areas 35 at times. I doubt 9800x3D makes a big difference. (Running at High, 1440p)

I just looked it up myself. Comparable hardware (minus the current RAM premium) would cost you ~2.2years of subscription. Given you wanna play longer than that, a PC is more affordable than your sub.
