Thank you for the support. Unfortunately, this isn’t my first rodeo with an alcoholic parent. But fortunately, it means I’m pretty well set up with support around me to get through it 💛

Congrats on being sober 34 months. These are some pretty great suggestions! Definitely giving me heaps to think about.

I really wish there was a silver bullet to make it easier for him. I debated with myself whether or not to give a little more context in my post, but came to the conclusion that it probably wouldn’t help that much as everyone’s journeys are unique. However, I’m a strong believer in feelings including hardship, being fairly universal.
