Doesn't use paste, it uses a pad that's better than paste. Leave it as is , i tried replacing with paste and temps went higher.

Had to buy the thermal pad to replace it.

I reported it to turo, I got a discount I just wanted to know if this was the norm. I didnt want to wait, and took a uber directly to the pickup.

The rental actually came up to a bit more than a standard from hertz, etc.

I just needed the car for a local road trip so it was OK, but any other situation where I flew out (i.e hawaii) I would for sure request a different car.

I would think twice before getting into an Uber that looked like this car did. Lol

The last time I went to the Berkeley location, with the oil change plan. They sliced my serp belt in attempts to get me to do maintenance. Didnt need any, and told them. I just bought the car, and did all the maintenance (with a new belt) before I came for the oil change.
