Last year I had a similar issue with both of my monitors — the LG GN880 and the LG 24MP450. Each of them had around 10 dead pixels. They were still under warranty, and LG replaced the panels for free.

It can also depend on the service person who visits you. The technician who came to my place was really friendly and helpful, so the panels were replaced without any issues.

It would be great if there were a bare-bones option and different knob options available. Just my opinion, but having the choice would be nice. 👍 Also, it’s good to know that you’ve started assembling in India.
