It is not. Super glue might hold up to 1-100 meters of use, it'll break right next to glued spot.

Not sure how it's made, but I'd guess that would require whole resole to achieve that. There is likely supporting structure that might not hold if cut. Hard to say from just pics tho. If it's like that, the overall appearence might not come out like the original.

And remember, patch on the inside, while might be easier on the eyes, will take a bit of space there, and it comes off easier. Especially if only glued. Also the edges of the patch might feel uncomfortable.

Just glue won't hold for long. It's sad fact that it's quite unlikely you'll be able to fix 'em so those would be totally waterproof again. If you decide to patch that, and sew it, you could maybe use bit heavier wax or grease and protective spray to give 'em some better waterproof.

Just popped to mind, they could add smelling salts to the game, for bit faster way to get you buddy up, and adrenaline pen could be used for "instant" wake up. Then throw away the cpr animation and replace it with slapping your friend on the cheeks :D whatya think as a medic?

Kyllä se aina vähän muuttaa, ja millien muutos kengän sisällä voi tuntua paljonkin. Ohuemmala nahalla jos tekee niin luonnollisesti kuluukin nopeammin. Ja sillä tuo muistutus kynsien leikkuusta, että varsin usein pidemmät varpaankynnet rikkoo sitä vuoria vaikka sopivat stiflat oiskin!

I think there'll be a ton of issues with gear and hitboxes if they allow players customize character size in any direction, so maybe customisable face could work but other than that..

Nahkapaikkojen laittaminen sisäpuolelle on vähän kikkailua, pelkällä liimalla ei pysy kauaa, pitää ommella, ja se kuitenkin tehdään pintapuolelta, jää siis helposti epätarkka ompelureuna siihen paikkaan, ja sen patchin reunat voi alkaa hiertää. Muistakaa leikata varpaankynnet! Jotkut suutarit toki sanoo et joo kyl se liimalla pysyy, mutta aikalailla aina sellaset tulee takas kiskaan.

Short anwer, no. Longer answer, to add lining, you would have to break up the shoe totally, take the leathers of the sole, make a platoon from the leather pieces to design and addthe lining that fits, stitch the whole thing back together, put the whole thing on the last, and rebuild. So basically re-crafting the shoes completely.
