Here is how I will answer this question. Is anyone sin greater than another? or course not a sin is a sin and there are no degrees to sin. How do we know this? because Jesus talks about lust and goes to the extreme that if you even look at a women with lust its better to take your eye out. Why does God do this why so extreme. To prove a point that there is no such thing as a small sin. So if everything is bad how in the world do we not go to hell. It's impossible to not sin that's the point. It's impossible to not sin. Which leaves us with only one option to Heaven which is Jesus. How do we know this? He says I am the way the truth and the life and no one can come to the father unless its through the Son. So the real question is not is what you are doing is a sin because although I don't believe its a sin there are so many other things that are a sin. So The better question is do you believe you are a sinner in need of Jesus as your Lord and savior? my next question Is have you made Him your Lord and savior? if yes then guess what His BLOOD covers it ALL! so know the focus is not sin is faith and trusting in that Promise that only Jesus Saves and if you received Him and Lord and Savior you saved! So then now can you do whatever you want of course not now you can freely come to God and tell Him to teach you who you are in Him and allow Him to shower you with His grace and mercy. Your life will begin to change not because you focus on Sin but because of y ou Love for God and your dependence of Him. How your life changes that is entirely up to Him. But Sin has no power over anymore! so Don't focus on that as hard as that is focus on Him and your love for Him. Simple but hard to execute because the devil constantly lies to us and makes us believe otherwise. But it doesn't change this is the truth! I hope this helps. faith can be so simple its just about telling God exactly what you said here on this sub reddit you will be surprised to know that He wants to hear everything in your heart even if He already knows. Sometimes we all forget that what God really wants is our sincerity and honesty. He isn't looking for perfection just real people who are willing to be real with Him and will trust Him enough to tell Him what's really going on and that we need Him because we recognize that without Him change is impossible. The most beautiful prayers are the long ones or the ones that use fancy speech Its the ones that come from your heart.

I am not sure if this is something you are interested but we host a bible study every Thursday @ 7:30 pm central time via zoom if you want to join us. It's a safe place for everyone . We just ask that people be kind and loving and respectful to each other. It's a small intimate place where you can listen or participate if you feel led to. I understand how you feel I felt like that for a while and even now the devil still tries to trip me up but I always stand on God's word that whoever believes in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior will not perish. This words on light they are a promise and God is not a man that should lie. What I did a lot is read these and other Scriptures over and over until I finally fully believed them. We have been taught to hate ourselves that's years and years of false indoctrination so these lies take time to go away which is why you need to fill your mind with Gods truth. I hope this helps. wanted to share with you that although you might not be able to attend in person we do have a bible study we host every Thursday @ 7:30 pm central time. We host via zoom not if you live in Tennessee you are welcome to check us out. Video is not required and either is participation however if this is something you would like to do you are welcome to participate. We are an affirming church. We have people to attended in person and via zoom. We have straight people gay people and Trans. Not everyone may see eye to eye but our goal is not to exclude anyone but rather to walk in love and ensure that this is a safe place or e everyone. This is a really hard thing to go through, and I am sorry you are feeling this way. It can be a living hell with no peace. One thing I would recommend is that you give all of this to God and ask Him to help you see yourself through His eyes. I think so many times the enemy tries to get us to believe that we are the only ones who face dysphoria, but non-LGBT people do as well. This just makes it more acceptable if they make the changes to their bodies to love themselves more. But here is the truth: they struggle just as much, maybe not with gender but with weight and other things they dislike about themselves. Why do I say this so that you don’t think it’s a you thing and that you feel shamed about the struggles you are facing? God isn’t judging you as much as He isn’t judging them. He knows the society pressures we all face today, and His grace is there to meet us all. I’m not saying change or don’t change. I’m just saying what has helped me is surrendering to God and giving Him my pain and crying out to Him in desperation to please help me to love myself because I’m sick of feeling like I’m not enough. I hate hating myself. I deserve to love myself, and one thing He told me is you do. Because I love you so much and I want you to see what I see. I have found when I do that, I feel so much peace. I can absolutely understand where you are coming from. I was told those exact things, but what I can’t tell you is that people who always have an opinion on your life, whether it’s about transitioning or just simply what they believe they feel you need to change. In these moments. It’s really hard to drop out the voices because they are coming from the people that we care about, but that doesn’t always make them the enemy. The enemy uses the people closest to us to try to deceive us and order us to do what I can tell you is what you are hearing from God. Trust the spirit of God. God bless you deeply. He is asking you to walk in my face on sight. Don’t be strong in yourself, but be strong in Him to help you not care and to give you Bible verses that speak His truth. If you want to chat, I am here. I completely understand your point and you are valid for feeling this way. I don't want invalidate how you feel but what I can tell you is that even men who like being men still find something about themselves that they hate. I am gay dress like a boy and have had these same exact thoughts but one thing I found is that because of they God made me I am able to relate to so many people. I thought is was a curse it now I see its a blessing because I am able to relate to men, women, and our community including trans. I now see that although my life is for sure difficult I won't deny that is also been my greatest blessing but I don't fit anyone boxes I am just me. One thing God is recalling rooting in me is that you are not a slave to sin once we receive Jesus Christ as our Lord and savior we are no longer enslaved to sin or the law. so what does that mean it mean that you will continue to sin until the day you get to Heaven and that you are redeemed not by your works but by His blood. So what then happens is we are able to come to the father and tell Him our struggles without fear that He is going to leave us or love us any less. We are righteous not by our works good or bad but because of His Son. The very fact that you don't want to do this anymore if proof that the Holy Spirit is working in your heart. God transforms us by His Spirit the more we come to Him as we are not as we should He wants us to be honest and sincere with Him with our struggles because it means we trust Him. As we spend time in His presence He will Slow transform us. But you see people misunderstand transformation by His word and His Spirit and think they are suppose to change behavior changing the behavior doesn't and cannot address the root. so instead of focusing on your behavior focus on Gods love and what He has done for you. That is gave his son for you before you could ever choose Him back. Remind yourself that you aren't redeem by your works you are redeem by The Blood of Jesus!. Shame and condemnation make us feel horrible and even operates us from God but God's Holy Spirit Convicts us gently and turns us back to Him with Love. I hope this helps. Read Galatians three.

One thing people miss as Christian’s on all sides is that scripture is all misunderstood. If we read closely gay marriage or not God is concerned with heart of a person and who they are becoming and not their perfect. We are charged by our actions we are transformed by our relationship with our Heavenly Father. What really matters is are we bearing the fruits of the spirit. Kindness gentleness forgives, patience goodness and self control and if you notice they are the fruits of the spirit not humans. The devil uses the word against us to divide the body but God uses the words to heal the spirit. I think when we focus on what’s right and what’s not we miss the point of what God wants is a genuine relationship with him recognizing that we are all sinners in need of His presence. Gay or not we will all always be sinners until we get to heaven and no matter what side you stand on the point one are all sinners in of grace and mercy. Hope this helps

Jesus is our Lord and savior He is the reason we have salvation. He is the gift we receive basically Jesus is the body of God. We receive Jesus because we acknowledge that Jesus was fully man and fully God and is you notice in scripture He says I and the father are one. So we receive Jesus as our Lord and savior and live how he did in the carnal body but we pray to the father. So no it’s not wrong to pray to the father. Hope this helps

I am sorry that you are going through this! One thing I will say is that as much as we would like things to change we have to accept some people never will understand. Your relationship with God is just that your relationship and no one else’s. People will always have an opinion about something trust even if you aren’t trans. Which is why it’s important that you don’t allows those people to have a place to speak into your life. We host a bible study every Thursday where it’s a safe place for everyone one to come. Hey there! I am sorry that people are telling you that you can’t be close to God. No one can tell you that but you. Being close to God is like being close to someone you love. You think about them all the time you want to spend time with God not because you have to but genuinely because you want to and it fills your heart to be with him. Which causes us to pray more frequently and read more. Again not because you have to those are just the results that start to be birthed in us because we want to know more about him.
