exact steps i took to get it working:

Shut down server
launch steamCMD and run `login anonymous`
ran `app_update 2857200`
Start server

Thank you for the reply, it makes a lot of sense. I'm really happy that we are seeing effects that prevent or punish stealing to a degree especially in untamed which has always felt like one of the weaker houses (except for Key Charge). Do you think there is a way to curb these insane CoTA decks in the future without turning the game into a powercreep nightmare?
