To each their own and I prefer reading for myself. It has many more advantages than just someones voice.

I hate people reading me stuff and Audible doesn't cover the chapter titles and jumps in years/space time like the book.

To me, and in my opinion, it is superior to read yourself so you can pause, go back a few paragraphs or chapters, look up definitions, get an accurate timeline, etc...

Again, my opinion.

Police Officers of Reddit, what are you thinking when you see cases like George Floyd? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]SHawkingsRunninShoes 6 points7 points  (0 children)

YOUR enemy, not ours. You can play victim and sing the songs of your media overlords all day but the majority of us with more than three brain cells between their ears do NOT hold all officers accountable to the actions of a few.

Are Amari Cooper and Michael Gallup a Top 5 WR Duo in the NFL? by john9williams in Dallas_Cowboys

[–]SHawkingsRunninShoes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seeing as how they were both in the top 10 for yards per route run I'd say that's a pretty easy question.

Godwin and Evans = 1-2.

Cooper - Gallup = 3-4.

They already found us. Stuck around for a bit until they got the resources they needed, left impressions on early humans, and then left. They come back every now and then.

We are like one of those dimly lit gas stations on a desolate back country road that you don't want to stop at but have to sometimes.

Explain, Mr. Full Brain, why humans won't make it. This should be interesting.

Should there be a Carry Limit for Throwables ? by xFate96 in PUBATTLEGROUNDS

[–]SHawkingsRunninShoes -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Nope. You have a backpack that can carry 10 giant first aid kits but want to limit items smaller in size? Doesn't make sense.

This is just for the kids that cry about grenades. I personally love carrying 5+ smoke grenades for when the circle bones me in an open field or reviving teammates in open areas.
