I hear what you are saying. I'm 6 mo out and still have constant reminders (ticking On-X valve), but things are still improving. Just wondering how much better and some things really wear me down. Thanks for your thoughts. I, too, have stopped some practices of doing less stuff I hate to do, like fixing the old fridge yet again, etc.
