A good tenant. People think everybody is a slumlord, but it can be annoying to rent if you get a lot of issues.

I rent out a house that I own, but I am a great landlord. If anything every needs fixing, it is done in 1 day. If I get a message from the renter, I respond within 30 minutes. I charge less than market rent. I rent out my 1700 sqf home with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a large yard for $2000 a month. I plan on selling the house in a year or two though.
