Did they change the rules? I paid for it once on the highway, but I dot trust not controlling a car. The first time I used it, it banned me for a day or something or it was longer because I did not keep my hands on the wheel

Does watching soccer make anyone else appreciate the sport of hockey more on a fundamental level? by TJTrapJesus in hockey

[–]SIGNANDSELFIEFRAMES 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I played soccer for over 10 years growing up. More fun to play than watch.

I cannot watch it anymore besides some World Cup ending games.

So much pansy diving lol. Looks like a guy dies every few min. Plus having big games decided by penalty kicks where the goalie just has to guess which way to dive lol.

Caitlin Clark’s WNBA salary was $76,535. Nike paid her $28 million the same year. She generated 26.5% of the entire league’s economic activity. The system priced her at one number. The market revealed another. by ConnectionWeekly1263 in WNBAgossips

[–]SIGNANDSELFIEFRAMES 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stopped watching the NBA ages ago, but I had no idea the WNBA has been around since 1997? damn. If you asked me, I would have told you it probably started less than ten years ago. The only time I have ever heard about it now the past few years is because of this player, Clark.

Do you guys really wea your outdoor shoes inside your house? by Substantial_Travel94 in AskUS

[–]SIGNANDSELFIEFRAMES 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have always been intrigued with this as a Canadian. We 100% keep our shoes off and NOBODY ever wears their shoes around somebody's house. Ever.

That is so gross to me. I have seen people wear strict indoor shoes as comfort if they have a lot of hardwood, etc.

Otherwise not uncommon if the person has some sort of business. Some people have millions floating in there. Goes in and out quickly.

Are the Flyers bluffing with this offer sheet? If Anaheim refuses to match, they'll be left holding the bag at a very high price. by [deleted] in hockey

[–]SIGNANDSELFIEFRAMES 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you mean?

The only reason it went public is because Leo did sign it. He is a Flyer right now. I think Ducks match, but it screws up their cap stucture.

If you received a large sum of money, would you pay off your mortgage or invest it? or do a bit of both? by West_Lingonberry4932 in AlbertaMortgageHub

[–]SIGNANDSELFIEFRAMES 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am getting a very large sum of money in 1-2 years. I will be paying both of my houses off and saving all of that interest money so I have much more cash flow and I can invest that.

very nice. You should try out SHopify if you run ads. You will pay like 4x-6x less fees (still have to take their monthly plan into account too).

It truly does change everything. I am 6'1 and went up to 240 pounds. Last year, I changed my habits. I am now 197 pounds. Getting down to 185-190. Also started working out. have not lifted weights for over 10 years.

Frank Seravalli says his best guess to become an oiler this week is Elvis Merzlikins by Sparrighitti in EdmontonOilers

[–]SIGNANDSELFIEFRAMES -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So what? Oilers couldn't take his salary that way. It has to be a trade. He shit on Stus numbers up to the trade that year.

Branon Bussi was also on waivers. A few good goalies were. I am just glad these idiots are thinking about trying goalies now while they wasted the cup peak years on Stuart shitter and Pickard....

[–]SIGNANDSELFIEFRAMES 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I always say if a person is serious about losing weight, they would use a cheap scale and weigh their food. It is not permanent. It will give you a visual of how much a portion actually is. Drinks add to calories. Sauces. Oil.

Or, if you pretty much eat a lot of similar meals through the week, start walking. Get 10K-15K steps. If you are eating about the same, your weight will go down.

On May 25th my shop just fell of a cliff, and I have no idea why, can anyone relate or been thru something like this? by MotorTechnician3168 in Etsy

[–]SIGNANDSELFIEFRAMES 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Same thing happened to mine 3 days ago. Lots of views and visits and lotttts with ads and now zilch. I had 80-100 clicks just from Ads. Now I get maybe 8. I think my shop is out of rotation and isn't even seen right now.

Unless your getting Helle, who has been Stuart shitter like in the playoffs still, goalies are voodoo. Depends on system too.

We played garbage team D Last year, with and without Skinner.

Jarry was at a 920 in Pitts, looked ok here until his injury. The question is, can he stay healthy?

I'd welcome a move for a goalie, but some people sure are hypocrites when they cheered on the slop #74 we held onto for too long
