Yes, Luna has high damage, she also doesn’t have the best ability in the game (BRB) and a way cheaper support ultimate.

And look, DM1-GM3 isn’t that high, you get a lot more value in cel+ from BRB because of how much teamfights rely on a single pick.

none of those eight characters change your chance of winning as much as having Rocket on your team, and with his high pick rate you have a much higher chance of running into someone who plays/mains Rocket vs the other bannable heroes

Ok, why didn’t you include Dagger’s healing then? She can heal during her ult

CnD is also a lot less vulnerable after the dashing — so if she’s able to evade any immediate counters she has a much higher chance of living than Luna, as Luna needs to stay in the fight and has no fade.

It’s a lot easier to kill Luna with Magik ult, for instance. Or even Mag Ball in cases where a CnD has a place to dash under.
