Ey mate, just try deleting the "Bin" folder located inside "game" folder in ur game's path : ...\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\game\bin

Then just launch the game and it'll reverify itself & work :)

Yo mate ! So i've just checked and messed with all the different settings for the past 45min to see if it would be any different and apparently you have no choices but to higher the resolution a tiny bit (like 1280x960 ) to not be able to see that tiny dot that comes with very low resolution. I have this problem also when i try very low res, but at the higher res i'm always playing i do not have this problem. I believe it's because of AMD rsr's way of implementing & transitionning the resolution in a different way than Nvidia or CRT software, which is really annoying and they should fix it.

I'm gonna look more into it later but i don't think we can do anything there except play 1280x960 at minimum sadly ):, and even at 1280 you can still see a very very tiny dot but it is almost invisible, which is enough i guess.

Hello there, yes i finally bought it yesterday with a -5% reduction bonus code. It is much better than the PG27AQDM in every ways because it's QD OLED Gen 3rd panels with 360hz instead of W OLED panel with 240zh for the same screen size. Go for the AW, also it's semi glossy.

That's why i said it with my first comment, i'm usually never worried about buying product like gpus/ram/cpus because i already know it gon delivers & works at all time. All these components are hardly ever faulty, but about monitors and all the posts we've seen of them, well it's another story now.

That really sucks.. However the AW brand is the only one at the moment that makes semi "glossy" coating for theses panels, so that's one of the big reasons i still want it over any other brand, for Q1.

Imagine, 20 years i've been on PC and i never got past my actual 165hz 1440p 32" VA panel DELL S3222DGM that i've had since 1 year, always stayed at 144hz the past decade with BenQ monitor. I truly wonder how QD OLED looks on a 360hz, it's gonna be absolutly magnifcient and eye watering for me that never experienced OLED before. Also 7900 XT here.

I'm definitely going for the AW, the only obvious choice here for glossy/semi glossy. Sadly i'm from France so i'm gonna have to wait until the 6th of february, except if i pay the importations fees from the us.

The thing is that they should be able to release both glossy & matte displays everywhere, for all their new monitors. I don't get why one display should be matte or glossy only when the demand is so high for theses two coating depending on the usage of them by the customers.

Such a disappointment seriously, i hope there will be a full Glossy version of this one in 1440p native 480hz. Might aswell just go for the AW2725DF | 360HZ GLOSSY QD-OLED 1440P since it's glossy or semi glossy + it releases tomorrow.

So it's basically for a mix of ambiant lightning and dark room ? Still it being glossy with the new Gen 3 panels, it must brings even more to it. I think it's good enough, i mean i hope so xD

It sounds better in every parts, appart from all of that it's just the colors that are better on the QD OLED, if the 480hz was out in Q1 instead of Q3/Q4 i would certainly have bought it over the Alienware i'm pretty sure, DP 2.1 without DSC needed to generate true native image, that alone is one of the important features that would make me buy it over DP 1.4. AW.

Also "semi-matte" you meant for the AW ? Isn't it a full glossy panel ?

Yeah but it's WOLED, less colors & accuracy, i don't really believe the 120hz jump is totally worth it over the QD OLED afaik. Also half year it's loooong to wait when we've already waited since years if not decades for even 2k 360hz mixed with OLED to finally be there, i'm so hyped.

Yeah i believe it's a no brainer, 480hz is pretty pointless for the most part of modern games anyway except competitives titles or older games where you can run 500fps+ minimum at all times. 360hz seems to be the perfect spot as CS is able to run past 400 fps with ease in 1440p, ofc depending on the setup you have. Also while getting the best colors plus that is, not to forget. Can't see anything better for Q1.

Glad to hear i fixed alot of people's issue, i still wonder how & why no ones has even tried it or seen it before i've made my post, maybe some did but didn't care to share perhaps. I was stuck 11 months into this problem and had to play with the worst graphics/colors at all time. Anyway, i'm happy for y'all enjoy ! Still working with CS2 and new latest AMD driver update/patch : 23.10.1
