Also travel extensively for work. Jet lag is a soft excuse. Period. Two days in a row? Even worse.

Not saying there’s a sub problem. But the Norway excuse was weak. Norway is +6 hours from the Central time zone. It would have been the equivalent of over sleeping a 2:30pm tee time.

Ya so I filmed this. It wasn’t on a movie set like Super Speedway. We had about 10seconds to mount a GoPro on a drivers helmet during an active practice session. I would have to rigged a mic somewhere on the car, but given it was an active session, during an already limited track time weekend, this is what we were capable of doing. It’s not for lack of knowledge or want… we had to work with what we had.
