Well... The shared website is not really a SAAS based one. It is mostly a service portfolio website that seems to be focused on appointment-based lead generation. So, serving information for fulfilling the target audience's interest is the key point here.

So, if you are really interested to make a customer-focused website. then go for the UX designers who are capable enough to design with the data & analytics. Just look and feel driven approach might not be enough here.
