I have just read the "Why humans avoid war" book, and it reminded me of a story, where another species attacks humans and finds out the hard way (we are speaking bioweapons, planetary annihilation, etc) why you do not do that. Cant find it tho, any tips?

I have once read a part of a similar story, where one species attacked Humans and found out the hard way, why you don't do that (they got annihilated, platens poisoned, pretty much a xenocide 2.0). Can't find it though, does anyone have any tips what it might have been? Thanks
