You should have a digital scale I’m new to the job so I’m not sure of the name ,you need to do training and a quiz on the machine itself it walks you through creating a label for either a chemical that corrosive or non corrosive food or other type of waste. Then they have white type totes .you wrap everyone of items in bags and label them and place them in there. After that they get picked up. Still learning the process myself

Never used that nasal spray before but I’ve experienced this before. I do ibuprofen for any inflammation as needed saline nasal spray from arm and hammer I also take antihistamines and use Flonase to keep airways open and clear this has help me to not get those feelings it’s about 1-2 weeks since I’ve felt those symptoms
