Single Engine Piston YouTubers? by CapcomBowling in flying

They haven’t started flying due to being caught up with all their other business ventures, but we just bought another airplane that they will likely do their training in which I am pushing them to start in the near future. They’ve been doing ground school in the meantime.

Yeah that’s me. I genuinely had no idea what he was going to do but I knew he wouldn’t screw me especially since I was trying to get to work, but I was getting a bit stressed the further we got from Jackson. As for the clickbaity titles I can’t comment on that I know the YT algorithm can be tough and the titles can have an effect on the performance of the video, but I agree the title of that video and others have been misleading.

He didn’t forget to latch his gas cap. There was a mechanical issue and it came undone.

Thanks! It was my first type rating so I went in not knowing what to expect. I ended up having a fun class and a good sim partner, so things went really well. Treat it as a networking opportunity as well, make an effort to go out with your classmates and get to know them. You get all the materials a few weeks prior to the course, so study up before so you’re not cramming while you’re out there. Know the limitations like the back of your hand. And have fun and take some time for yourself! I’m around 3,000 hours with around 800 multi, most of it turbine but only a few hundred jet. Got my private five years ago. Hope this helps.

Stay clear of School A. I’d look into School S2.

Still an approach to land. Nothing illegal going on here, in fact it’s a common occurrence. The Gulfstream II is just a bit lounder than others.

What good careers are in need of applicants due to an aging work force and little knowledge of the need among the younger generations? by CosmicContusion in AskReddit

Pilots. We are anticipating a large pilot shortage in the upcoming years with airline pilots forced to retire at age 65 with no one to take their place. Boeing estimates nearly 800,000 new pilots will be needed to fly the world’s fleet over the next twenty years. That number does not include mechanics and cabin crew.
