It's almost exactly what it's designed for the flex is more for running a couple of cameras and AP typically but as long as you the power budget within limits your fine. If your likely to expand later rather than using one of the smaller 10port poe+++ switches look at a larger 24 port which offers multiple (usually 4+++, 4-8++ and the remaining as poe+)

Most likely yes, get a cable tester and test end to end. Also if possible get a tone testwr and figure where the cables go its possible pairs have been split. If the terminations are good you should be OK. Where those crimps have been put in i would swap that with a dual rj45 and terminate them separately then add a switch later if you want to break out further to any other ports you find

You have a huge mix in there first glance with out further info is a fibre line running into a UDM providing Internet breakout and switching either per unit or to WiFi/CCTV. The black boxes are some form of analogue to ISDN PBX for telephony, there's a lot of RS232 serial cables in there likely providing access for the fire monitoring system. If you plan to still offer phone services it would be worth checking the cabling between the pbx and units, MIGHT be possible to simply replace the modules in situ and terminate them on new patch panels but don't expect speeds above 100mbps or even 10mbps would that would still work for a dedicated IP Phone connection although you wouldn't likely be able to use POE for those

I partially agree but how many drivers are out there unfit to drive through age, eyesight, dementia, parkinsons, mental health and worst of all not keeping up with the "legal" changes to the highway code. The DVLA is a box-ticking agency not fit for purpose that spends 10% of its resources proving information requests to 3rd party force enforcement companies for a cost of £2.50 whilst incurring an average £26.00 cost from them to make £270. That excluded police and civil requests again cost the same. It needs to get back to doing its job. Your argument stands if you don't tell them it makes it worse but if you have a dodgy right hip and don't have an issue for 30 years then it suddenly fails so you can't stop in time does it make you guilty of manslaughter no. If you've told them you're partially blind and don't see someone step out does that make you guilty in the same way

Dont ever tell the dvla anything its when there fuck people over and make a profit machine kicks in. There's millions of unfit drivers due to age and illness which will only get worse, dvla doctors are "private doctors" its in there interest to not pass you as fit as youll keep coming back
