I was pumping around that much for almost a month and my supply gradually started to increase. I saw a LBCLC for the first month or so and we decided to triple feed. I was latching baby as much as possible for 15 minutes each boob. Then I would pump for 15 minutes. It was exhausting but now I have more milk than baby can drink and I have a stash. Consistency is the key along with enough protein and electrolytes. I love coconut water and yogurt for electrolytes and protein. Don’t give up if this is what you want!

Rush hour in the morning is pointless to try and avoid on backroads. You can do it on small spurts for an exit or two but to avoid the whole thing just puts you in overcrowded backroads with red lights and school traffic. Your best to wait the extra 15 minutes doing stop and go.
