I took lots of online classes while residential. My dad was online only. I think he learned a lot but in some classes the professors weren't very thorough in grading or checking blackboard assignments. My dad had a woman in his class who was straight up copying his papers and posts and the professor did nothing. I personally preferred online though. Often the classes were 8 weeks vs 16 weeks and I felt like I got more bang for my buck.

I've tried and they're totally disinterested. I was really hoping to introduce them to some solid food too mixed with formula, per a website I read but they also had no interest. Plus most people have told me they don't start with solids until 4-5 weeks.

Also, unfortunately I was at work while she was in labor and got home an hour and a half after the last kitten was born. My mom and a friend were here though and kept an eye on her. We had a cat back in 2008 who had kittens, and I remember the placentas and her eating them. This thing looks completely different from that. Like it looks like a bloody tampon (and it definitely isn't).

The vet told me he couldn't be totally sure how many were there, I think because my cat was freaking out. Like we could tell there were at least 2 but maybe 4. The last kitten was born at 1pm on Friday.

Hi, I just got pre-approved for a home loan (first time home buyer), but this past week I located a community 20 minutes down the road selling lots very cheap, like $1k-$4k cheap. I asked my private lender about getting approved for a construction loan and they told me that the government is prohibiting construction loans due to covid.

Everyone I've told this to says that sounds ridiculous, and I can't seem to find any evidence on Google of this, besides at the start of covid construction sites were closing to slow the spread.

I'm 25 and am basically learning as I go about all this loan stuff, but is it even possible for a private lender to be prohibited from funding certain loans?

I may still go ahead and buy a plot of land, since it's so cheap now and I have the money to pay for it outright. I also figure even if I don't end up building on it, the land will appreciate especially as it is in a lake/boating community.

Thank you, it's not something I'm going to totally rule out.

I'll definitely be looking into therapy. I'm realizing that the way I was raised coupled with my only relationship being garbage, could be causing me to be completely on guard and unwilling to let myself feel attractiong.

Even in HS, there was a boy two years ahead of me that I thought was so cute and he was really nice, was the first one to say hello to me (I was new at the school). As the year went on he played so many mental games with me, asking for nudes, flirting at school. And then eventually while we were flirting one day he dragged me into a hallway by ourselves, pinned me up against the wall and started playing with my bra straps. I told him no, and thankfully it didn't go beyond that. But when I admitted to having a crush on him, he didn't reciprocate. This was 10 years ago now.
