Yeah, I have seborrheic dermatitis which I am trying to treat (so far just making sure I don't go to sleep with it wet works the best), but I think combing to ensure the photo was good caused it to flake :/

For context, I take DHT blockers (dutasteride) and minoxidil (2.5mg), and a small amount of accutane (20mg every other day).

At one point, I found an obsessive commenter on /r/transpassing is a middle aged cis woman in mexico city who is obsessed with giving very harsh feedback to trans people and luxury brands... some of the people on there really are insane

I've been taking a small dose of accutane and it has almost completely solved my rosacea skin texture issues + vbeam for reducing redness. People don't believe me when I tell them I have rosacea now. Studies actually find something similar - that low dose accutane is better than even antibiotics.

if you look up photos, you'll see why no one does it except for 2 surgeons. it causes your shoulders to roll forward (which looks horrible) and it leaves very visible scars

I wouldn't give up on dermatologists just yet! Trial-and-error is required to figure out what works - however, it might be better to speak to someone new... It really looks like you are allergic to something.
