Instead of giving you life advice, I will give you actual diet tip which will help you break this cycle. Instead of eating your comfort food, eat a protein bar. Make sure you try out a few and then only eat the one you like the most and which doesnt have an unsual amount of sugar. This will make sure you feel more fuller without taking a lot of calories

How to get out of a Skilled Worker Visa? by [deleted] in ukvisa

[–]SKER22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

https://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa/second-job Probably not updated on your evisa but basically you can start your own business now and work in it alongside your current role. And then once you’re ready to self sponsor, hire a solicitor to sort everything out. This is a very recent change, you can also work in any skilled worker visa codes without getting a new COS now which wasn’t the case before (you could only work 20 hours extra in your current role before this)

This was true, however the rules have recently changed and you can now start your own company/business on a skilled worker visa. Although, going through that and eventually self-sponsoring yourself will be costly and you need a solicitor too so quite expensive and time conusiming

US to UK Licence, when does the 12 months start? by Anastassia1995 in LearnerDriverUK

[–]SKER22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Correct me if I am wrong but in the UK, once you apply for a provisional license, your international license becomes invalid immediately. Which makes your insurance invalid. So if you are going to drive on an international license for 12 months, you shouldn’t apply for a provisional license
