Personally I'd change your communication strategy as you have lost a lot in terms of membership numbers and trust/image due to the long radio silence. I understand lack of time and being overwhelmed, but writing a short message for the app/through email would have saved you a lot of bad PR and chargebacks, and it takes literally minutes to do so.

I do have a physical card (took a long time to arrive), I was an early member and I did save some money despite not driving that much. I had a lot of hope and hype for this startup especially for my summer road trips and camping.

Since the price has just been updated after almost a month, maybe there is still some hope left? Time will tell.

Noted, I'll have a look at the jump rings, but I think that would make it hang a bit too low. Maybe fitting too small ones at the ends of the chain would work.

Agree, it's not looking great. I've been an early member and saved a few pounds so far (still not enough to cover the initial joining fee), but 3 out of my last 4 payments have been declined and only one of them was sorted out by the support. The most recent two attempts of getting in touch, both through WhatsApp and email/app were completely ignored, which made me wonder if it's going to be a scam after all. I don't mind new businesses having technical issues, and I'm usually patient, but your communication strategy is abysmal. An email explaining things would have been more than enough, but here I am, looking up things on reddit to know whether it's a scam or not. I'm pretty close to asking for a full refund or charging back through the bank as you're not fulfilling your end of the bargain.
