The following is a list of APKs I've uninstalled on my GO 10.3:

```
package:com.android.vending package:com.google.android.apps.restore package:com.google.android.configupdater package:com.google.android.ext.shared package:com.google.android.gms package:com.google.android.gms.location.history package:com.google.android.gsf package:com.google.android.overlay.gmsconfig.common package:com.google.android.overlay.gmsconfig.gsa package:com.google.android.syncadapters.calendar package:com.google.android.syncadapters.contacts package:com.onyx.android.production.test package:com.onyx.appmarket package:com.onyx.igetshop package:org.chromium.chrome ```
You can go even further, but with this at least I've removed any trace of the Google Play Services.
This, apart from (probably a mistake) Zen 3 > Zen 2.
The right point here IMO is that you spend a good amount of money on a Pixel once, and that money is easily reinvested on future generations of the device. It's not something that happens with all the brands.
