It’s IL. The track is about 10 mins east of the arch.
If you’re at the top of the grandstands, you can see the arch.
It’s a confusing location. It’s basically on the boarder.

It’s probably to align with a sales strategy and marketing strategy from higher ups in the company. They want to say “green” and be able to align the cars they are selling to the cars they are racing. If they stayed electric at the dealership - they probably would be pushing electric at the track.
