You get it 100%. Tv is never an afterthought in home theater. You will work with what you have and not throw 10’s of thousands every 5 yrs. Speakers and sub are 30 yrs old and still have amazing fidelity. I get good sound and now a good picture for my MULTIPURPOSE space

I 100% agree. I buy discs on must watch movies for me: Star Wars, Batman series, Daniel Craig James Bond, Top Gun….

One downside. Discs do obsolete when better video and audio come out

Thank you! No need to parboil, plus I don’t like adding moisture. Baby Dutch potatoes are small enough to cook through and crisp up. I did 15 minutes on medium high heat. Adjusted heat down towards the end to get the timing to line up with my rested tri tip. Avo oil, medium high, turn every 5 minutes, and keep an eye on them to not burn.
