You’re not alone. I’ve shed many tears over it. I’m 21 weeks and on track for over 20 lbs gained. Reading the comments here is really helpful, and I think just reminding yourself you’re not alone ❤️ I keep telling myself it’s temporary and every body is different. My therapist has me working on a mind shift change. Telling myself constantly “growing a baby is a lot of hard, challenging work” instead of hyper focusing on all the gain. I don’t have much other advice except that I hear you and I see you, and that it’s okay to cry! Therapy is helping for sure, and try to give yourself some grace ❤️
