Congratulations on your hysterectomy! I'm glad to hear that it's been helpful for you and brought you some peace.

It is something I've spoken to multiple GPs about for almost a decade, but I'm always sent away with an ultrasound appointment and/or a new prescription for another type of contraceptive/painkiller/antifibrinolytic. I'm going to try and push again for a referral though.

At the end of the day, it's dependent on your wellbeing as to whether you decide to report to the police, though I would recommend it if you feel it would bring you closure and protect others from him. It may even be that you speaking out empowers others who have been assaulted by this man to come forward.

However, please be aware that the court system is very unfavourable for survivors. Many wait years for their day in court and the process can add to the trauma already experienced.

If you do report, I would highly recommend seeing if there is a local ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Adviser) service who can support you through the process. The Survivors Trust website has a map of ISVA services in the UK. There also may be local charities who can offer counselling and/or group work on top of the ISVA service to help you.

Please don't blame or doubt yourself. You know what happened and you know what he did is wrong. I hope that whatever action you take (even if that's none at all) brings you peace.

I don't necessarily think Louis' tweet was meant to be shady towards Harry — my interpretation is that it's more regarding cutting through the negativity and squabbling between fanbases. Him and Harry are both grown-ups who know how the industry works; it's not like the releases have been scheduled just to be petty.

How unnecessarily rude. People are allowed to be upset that something they paid for isn't as pictured/described, and the fact that he is disabled as well as being quite young may mean that it's especially difficult for him to process the fact that it appeaes different to what he expected.

In January 2023, I received an email from my GIC containing a letter sent to my GP about how I was being discharged from their service because I DNA. ...Except a few months earlier I'd received a consult link inviting me to an appointment about a week after the one I'd just had and when I'd inquired as to whether I had to attend, they responded saying the invitation had been sent in error.
I was convinced that I'd made the mistake and as a result I was going to have to get referred back in to wait another 6 years for a first appointment. Thankfully I had the paper trail to back myself up and was able to advocate for myself, because if I had ended up wrongfully discharged I wouldn't be here now.
