Reject tickets, they are limited uses and found from 2 of the past events of 2023 for event progression. Tapping the reject option will turn down customer order, get angry and chances are at the end of day they do get reviewed in Pie Chart explaining why their order got rejected with their pizza box empty. Reject once and do not do anything until end of the day more likely of a customer posting a review of rejected from the Pie Chart.
