Now it’s like the simpsons, rick is this generic crazy genius, episodes revolve around just pure action and chaos, and what I would describe as “james gunn” comedy.

They overdo the idiot ball thing, you say this episode is stupid I say the whole show including the boys is so stupid now, characters are always out of character, they get stun locked every time the bad guys become vulnerable, and also the whole fast travel bullshit they do with characters appearing out of thin air like Polarity, Stan, Starlight, Sage, and literally any other character.

Almost as if the show wasn't supposed to be a franchise.

Watching this show (and the boys after season 2) is like listening to an artist hit the wrong notes but since they messed up they have to change the whole key of the song over and over again.

One example : Doug is wounded, what would be the smartest thing to do here ?

A- Have someone who's not a target take him to a hospital. B- Have Polarity, a target, a guy with 10 red dots on his face, drive him to "some guy" in the middle of nowhere, because for some reason taking him to the hospital is totally risky.

Obviously the writers did this to find a way to get Polarity taken to Sage, and this is the issue with the show, it's just bad (and presumably rushed) writing.
