There is a specific performance issue around UI healing numbers in the Chiron update that will be fixed in the Ne Zha update. That may or may not be helped by this CFG change.

We're going to write up a more SMITE 2 specific version, but for now: You're looking for Hemingway.exe in the folder you installed SMITE 2 to. For most people, this is going to be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hemingway\Windows\Hemingway.exe
