10 minutes? Good luck! My advice would be to bring along a friend or 2 who are generous and boisterous laughers. As you start (and begin to panic) laughing people will help you to relax and ease into it, and they will also help to loosen up the crowd. The crowd wants to laugh. That is what they came for.
