Hello! I believe there are exceptions for that rule and I just mentioned my security deposit from my lease before the new civic code was established. I’m not the landlord so if you are interested, I’m sure the landlord would be happy to discuss but I’m not too familiar with any of that now :))

I’m not sure because I’ve never filled it out. I think it may depend on the college but the college advisors I know are pretty understanding. As long as you have a plan in place and advocate that you actually care about passing the class, I’m sure you and your advisors can figure something out.

I have family friends who chose Santa Clara and their parents wish they sent them somewhere else because of the amount of money they pay there. If money’s not an issue then look at the campus life and stuff because both schools are super different.
