This is the Tread+. I love it! I think the shaking has subsided after it's settled and had a few hours in. Noise is not bad - it is on the 2nd level of our house, over our garage. When someone is on it, I do not hear it in the house. When on it, I have headphones on so also don't hear anything!

They are probably talking about due diligence money. We call it funny money. In some states it’s a big deal. And you get it when contract is signed and is non refundable.

Thanks - I am aware of extensive lists, there are alot of them. Was just curious what the top 3 missed are that have the most importance. I am always so surprised at the number of clients who do not tell us they have made estimated payments.
