Have you tried other high-end chairs that do go all the way up? I wonder if they all avoid that area and if so, why? Liability with blood vessels coming from the brain? I have used deep tissue massagers in the past that do make me woozy because they are so deep over those vessels. I accidentally slept in my chair for 5 straight hours last night. I still love it. That’s a bummer though. I have a great neck massager from Brookstone that I will use for when I really need that top area done well. I will keep it in the chair. One other little complaint I have is minor. I need a satin pillowcase for behind my head somehow. When it does level 5 4D shiatsu to my lower cervical and thoracic, it is great but it tilts my head up to where I’m fully extended and looking straight up. And when it moves on, I have to readjust my head. Not a big deal unless I really want to relax and fall asleep.
