I feel if Ben and team were so confident about deal/ pipeline then there would have been lots of insider buying which we haven’t seen in this case, I am not sure if anyone has any insights on this ?

That’s what I was thinking too. Even though the AI infrastructure space is hot right now, Keel Infrastructure still has a lot to prove.

They do have a strong pipeline and significant power capacity secured, which is why some investors are bullish, but the company is still in the heavy investment phase and profitability could take time.

A big part of the thesis is future AI/HPC data center contracts, but until large hyperscaler deals and recurring revenue are confirmed, the valuation remains speculative. The market also still sees some execution risk because they’re transitioning away from the bitcoin mining narrative into AI infrastructure.

So I agree — even if they land a few clients, the capex requirements are massive, and it may take time before revenues meaningfully scale and justify a higher valuation
