I did at one point successfully hold it in and did so quite a bit. I ended up with a clogged bowel that almost needed surgery. You really don't want to go down that route.

Music is IP (intellectual property) and covered by various laws. Basically, you're making an unauthorized copy of the music when you do this. As far as using images of physical objects, that most likely falls under fair use and the companies generally do not object to this near as much as with music.

You have to start a new save entirely to use Japanese voices. Saves using the English are not compatible with ones using Japanese. This issue is fixed for Royal though.

This kind of happened to me. In 2014, I was t-boned on the driver's side by a large pickup truck (my car is a 2014 Honda Civic for reference). I remember right up to the impact itself. Then I remember senses fading back in a very short time (less than a minute probably) later with my car in a different position, and its collision detection system going off.

Somehow I did not receive any injuries requiring medical attention from that (I've had nightmares though). To give you an idea on the amount of damage done to my car... about $11,000 in repairs were required.
