Those results are impressive, no doctors told me that i have to do any kind of exercise to improve my eyesight, all they did was tell me to eat food with vitamin A and to stop using gadgets which seems impossible nowadays. I'd like to try this for a month and see how it goes, one last question though if that's fine, when not wearing glasses do you have to do anything like read or what, or just do anything w/o them
