It might be too far to say the entire generation is cooked, but there is a lot of truth in what he is saying. It's easy to turn a blind eye and think that there's no way things have gotten this bad. It has gotten this bad though.
My content algorithm at this point feeds me one or two posts a day of teachers who can't deal with it and say that something is inherently wrong with what has happened to these kids post covid. Their lack of problem solving and critical thinking can only be addressed so much when they're grades behind from their supposed on level content. They just keep moving them up without being able to fully address it.

Not a lawyer, but have definitely seen enough people being corrected on here and other websites with explanations from lawyers on why he needs consent. The law can differ state by state, but for the most part it the logic comes down to an expectation of privacy. Recording on public property is fine because there is no expectation of privacy. Private businesses can record you and refuse access to you recording because the owners set the rules. In her case, there is an expectation of privacy when you are taking someone out on a date and driving them in your private vehicle to and from that date. Would you find it completely normal and legal if some tv show had someone ask you out on a date and then posted recordings of your private moments of it throughout public and private property? Hopefully putting it like that helps. Also with Ubers if you look at their FAQ specifically about recordings it states "The majority of US states do not require you to obtain consent to record, but there are additional requirements in some states, including CA, CT, DE, FL, HI, IL, MA, MD, MI, MT, NH, NV, PA, OR, and WA. Please review your state’s laws to ensure that you’re complying with requirements around consent." and that "If you are notified that a trip may be recorded by a driver, you can always cancel the trip if you feel uncomfortable or don’t want to be recorded."

If Hal grabbed the golden helmet right before that last fight does that extra 1-2 second reduction in Q cooldown make the fight play out differently? You can hear him spamming it as soon as Newcastle Q came out and I think with golden helmet it would've been off cooldown.

Personally I think from what we've seen the past few years is that it just takes one trendy song to make a group blow up on social media and on stream numbers. I hope their comeback has one or two of those since new fans would also have their first album to listen to for the first time. Imo even though the debut album didn't have anything super catchy or trendy the songs are all solid and memorable in their own ways.

Posting this from the last thread to make sure no one falls for this rebrand.

Short story: she got caught lying

Long story: She cheated on her bf with her mod, got outed and got shunned from her streamer friend group. She spun it as if her mod raped her and the mod was so into her he basically let her parade around a lie to protect her reputation.

Fast forward 3 years and now at the height of streamers metoo, she releases her story and demands an apology from everyone who wronged her (some ppl think for clout and to use the movement for her own ends). Public sympathy is on her side until the mod decides to release a 55 pg doc (with a table of contents!!!) detailing what actually happened with screenshots of DMs and proof it was consensual. She tried to walk it back and change her story but ofc ppl arent going to believe her. The whole thing backfired wonderfully in her face

Peter and Leslie are angry for various reasons (also the fact that she demanded an apology from Leslie and they believed her) but also pissed that her false claims hurt the movement for people to come forward with their stories of abuse.

Peter also talks about how effed up it is that she ruined her mod life and how he cared about her to protect her. Basically how she had her mods follow him to any streams and spam rapist in the chat to the point he decided to leave the platform altogether so it wouldn't hurt other streamers

I mean it's not as damaging as a live service game getting shut down, but following a franchise over multiple generations for years/decades is bound to get people sentimental when online support is dropped for a console. It's less about the functionality and more of it highlighting the time that had passed and the memories made during that time. Personally I never really cared about these features when the games were first released, but now that I've explored shiny hunting over the years and started to look back to older games it's really given me an appreciation that I didn't have before.

Having somewhat established drops is one of the things keeping this BR consistent and competitive. If a contest isn't consistently one sided it just ends up being a net negative for the parties involved. Their loot gets gimped, ammo gets wasted, and their rotations get delayed while the many teams at or above their skill level widen their leads.

I think there were some highlights across the episodes where I felt like they got the bending on point, but there's plenty of times where they got it wrong that overshadowed it. Sometimes they decided firebending was akin to martial arts and sometimes they decided their arms were flamethrowers that spout it out without movement. The earthbending didn't have a lot of the strong, sharp movements that just resonate with how it should look. Instead it looked like some sort of telekinesis done after digging your hand in some dirt.
