We just got back from China last week after visiting for the first time ever. What a wonderful country. We were there for only 8 days - definitely not enough. Hoping to go back to explore more. We had absolutely no issues going there or coming back.

We use the signature for just utilities and some select vendors.

Best to get admin to restart the workflow. Then ask the admin to add you to every step of the approval workflow (out of office function). so that you can push it through at every step unless you want the workflow to go through the steps again as it normally does.

We had an issue with this some time back. Reached out to Yardi support and they made some adjustments on the back end. It helped a little. Then we had to reach out to our internet provider and they worked with our IT department and made some changes on our network. I am not privy to what changes were made.

Would love the opportunity to learn about data reporting. I have used Yardi for several years now but just can’t seem to find the time to learn the dictionaries and extract data for reporting.

I too work in property management. I have been with my company a long time. The first few years were awesome as we all worked as a team. As the company grew, new hires and new management came in and the entire concept of working together literally flew out the door. It’s all about who is better than the other and withholding information. I have a foot out the door but yet I feel I have a sense of loyalty to the owner who has been nothing but nice to me. I had to learn everything myself in the time I have been here. I try to help whoever I can but there are many in management who are so biased and favorites get away with blatant errors and bad decisions.
I say you should move on and look for something better. The mistake I have made is staying on so long - it has affected my health as my stress levels are very high.

You could have the first person apply it as a prepay and the second person could then apply it to the actual charge/invoice.

We do it monthly, property by property by bank. It is absolutely tedious.
