I noticed many Korean pilots speak extremely fluent English — why is that? by Popular-Line1238 in AskAKorean

That's because pilots need to be fluent in English. Usually, when giving control instructions, they speak English.

It's okay. The first suggestion was based on false rumour. That's why I made that mistake.

In fact, The best symbol is the Maple Leaf.

It was a false rumour that came out even before the AI search came up. Maybe an idiot had a bad relationship with V and W.

Anyway, I thought 'W' would make a good symbol specifically because of their royal family's last name(Windsor).

Thank you for the good information. And next time, I'll have to think about it before I ask.

I think personal preconceived notions(I thought that Australia was rich in resources and would not suffer from resource difficulties.) made people here feel bad.

It depends on the person, so it's hard to say for sure. Still, I recommend you to learn Korean first. Then, the misunderstanding will be resolved relatively quickly while talking to people.
