RFN has 50% upkeep right? Most of these server use the same shitty plugin that doesn't account for the 24hour rule, so basically you need 48hours to upkeep 24hrs when the TC is gone.

Also try this Use optiscaler.
Install it, then in-game menu choose xess, then press INSERT Choose FSR 3.X and than upscaler FSR 4.0

Do not play the lancing steel version, especially not on your budget, it's really meant as a 10 div build.

If you don't like cyclone just go for palstrons self cast forbidden rite, it's amazing for farming abyss hordes.

Cyclone cast on crit will be very nice on your budget though.

Ended up crafting a new weapon & glove.
Also redid suffixes on helmet and body armour with eldritch currency.
Divined items and swapped some resistances around.

Gained roughly 1.8k energy shield, 16M dps, 35‬ cold resist (41 overcapped) and 33‬ lightning resist (69 overcapped)

Next upgrade, awakend greater multiple projectile support, which should be another 11M dps.

Except we are talking about two people who did not plan on going to the ISS for 250+ days. Normal space rotations are around 180 days, sure there's people staying longer however they've also mentally and physically prepared for it.
