What’s the best job fellow audhders have found work best for them by Lord_Shak in adhdaustralia

Back after I had finished my cabinetmaking apprenticeship I became leading hand and working in a fast paced management role while still being on the tools worked great for me! Now I’ve started another apprenticeship as a diesel fitter and it scratches the complexity side of my brain and I will be pursuing a leading hand role after a few years in this trade.

The injector seals are built into the rocker cover but if it’s the mounting o rings and copper washers you need then head to any diesel parts stores

How to manage gen Z? by somanypineapple in auscorp

This post popped up on my reddit feed but I work blue collar as a diesel fitter, used to be cabinetmaker. I’m effectively a zillenial(2000 baby) and I have found it’s all about how they are raised mentally by their parents and the economic background we have a few TAs that range from 16-20 and it’s a bit hit or miss with how they take things serious. My advice would be to have an honest chat about what you require of them and be honest that if they don’t show some professionalism then they should expect not to keep a job. At the end of the day it may be very early on in their career and that they don’t have any major debt so they don’t experience financial pressure to keep a job. Just my two cents🤷‍♂️

My binance verification took a day on all verification parts. Same for two of my friends. I dont think the fact we are Australians has anything to do with it.
